38. הכרזה על אתר לאומי
שר הפנים בהתייעצות עם המועצה, רשאי להכריז ברשומות על אתר כאתר לאומי, ואם ראה צורך בכך, לקבוע גבולותיו; הוראות סעיפים 22 עד 28 יחולו על אתרים לאומיים, בשינויים המחויבים לפי הענין.
