41ט. גביית דמי כניסה לאתר לאומי
תיקון: תש״ע
(א)בעל היתר לניהול אתר לאומי רשאי לגבות דמי כניסה לשטח אתר לאומי או לחלק ממנו, כפי שקבע השר, ורשאי השר לקבוע שיעורים שונים, פטורים לסוגים של מבקרים או הגבלות שונות על גביית דמי הכניסה.
(ב)ההכנסות מדמי הכניסה לפי סעיף זה ישמשו את בעל ההיתר לניהול אתר לאומי לשם ביצוע תפקידיו לפי סעיף 41ו בלבד.
