45. הכרזה על אתר הנצחה ממלכתי
תיקון: תשס״ב, תשע״ח
(א)שר הבטחון רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה להנצחה או לפי הצעתה ובאישור ועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת, להכריז ברשומות על שטח או על אתר הנצחה כאתר הנצחה ממלכתי או כאתר הנצחה חילי.
(ב)שר הביטחון רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה להנצחה או לפי הצעתה ובאישור ועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת לקבוע אמות מידה נוספות לצורך הכרזה לפי סעיף קטן (א).
