16. הסמכות להכנס ולחטא
המנהל או רופא ממשלתי או מפקח רשאי בכל עת מתאמת להכנס לכל בית או מקום שבו אירע מקרה של מחלה מידבקת ורשאי הוא להוציא לפועל או לצוות להוציא לפועל כל פעולת חיטוי או כל פעולה להשמדת עכברים או משחיתים אחרים אשר, לדעתו, יש צורך בה.
