29ב. הודעה על חשש אלימות
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשנ״ג־2
שר הבריאות רשאי לקבוע בתקנות הוראות המחייבות מנהלי בתי חולים או מרפאות הטעונות רישום כאמור בסעיף 34 וכל האחראים בהם על קבלת חולים לטיפול, להודיע ללא דיחוי לתחנת משטרה קרובה על כל אדם פצוע, חסר הכרה או מת, שהגיע לבית החולים או למרפאה כאמור ושיש חשש סביר שהיה מעורב במעשה אלימות.
