29טו. דיווח
תיקון: תשע״ט
מנהל בית החולים ידווח למנהל, אחת לשנה, על קיום הוראות חלק זה לגבי בית החולים שבניהולו; דיווח כאמור יכלול, בין השאר, מידע בעניינים אלה:
(1)קיום חובת היידוע לפי סעיף 29ו;
(2)פירוט לגבי אופן התקנת המצלמות והפעלתן לפי סעיף 29ח;
(3)שמירת הצילומים לפי הוראות סעיפים 29ט ו־29יב(ב);
(4)הפעלתה של מערכת ניטור ובקרה לפי סעיף 29י(ב).
