תיקון: תש״ח, תשכ״ד־2, תשנ״א
הממונה על איכות הסביבה רשאי בכל עת מתאימה בשעות היום להכנס לכל מקום כדי להוכח אם עוברים או עברו באותו מקום על חלק זה או על כל תקנות שהתקינו על פיו:
בתנאי שאין להכנס לכל בית דירה אלא בהסכמת הדייר או בתוקף צו מאת שופט של בית משפט שלום.
