תיקון: תשנ״א, תשע״א
למרות כל הוראה שבפקודה זו, הרי לכשימצא הממונה על איכות הסביבה, מפקח או מפקח הגנת הסביבה יתושים חיים בדרגות בלתי מבוגרות בכל בית או בכל גן שעל יד הבית, יהא המחזיק או, כשאין מחזיק, יהא הבעל אשם בעברה עפ״י חלק זה של הפקודה.
