פסלה רשות בריאות מים לשמש כמי שתיה, רשאי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית כהגדרתו בסעיף 52ט(ד) להורות על שינוי ייעודם של המים שנפסלו ועל הספקת מים ממקור אחר במקום המים שנפסלו.
