תיקון: תש״ח־2, תשל״ג, תש״ם, תשנ״ב, תשנ״ז
העובר על הוראה מהוראות פקודה זו או התקנות לפיה, דינו, אם לא נקבע אחרת בפקודה זו – מאסר ששה חודשים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, ובעבירה נמשכת – קנס נוסף כאמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק העונשין.
