2ב. קבלת תשלום בעד חוב שטרם חלף המועד לתשלומו
תיקון: תשע״ח־2
(א)המרכז רשאי לקבל מאדם תשלום בעד חוב שטרם חלף המועד לתשלומו, ובלבד ששר המשפטים והשר הנוגע בדבר אישרו לקבלו לפי הצעת מנהל המרכז וחשב הגוף הנוגע בדבר; הודעה על אישור כאמור תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)מידע שהגיע למרכז לפי סעיף קטן (א) ישמש רק לצורך קבלת תשלום כאמור באותו סעיף קטן.
(ג)הסמכויות לפי חוק זה, למעט הסמכות לקבל תשלום בעד חוב לפי סעיף זה, יחולו לעניין חוב כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) רק לאחר שחלף המועד לתשלומו.
