13. טיפול בחפץ
על אף האמור בסעיף 12(ב)(2), נתפס חפץ העלול להתקלקל אם לא יימכר מיד, בין בשל טיבו המיוחד ובין מסיבה אחרת, רשאי המפקח למכרו; דמי המכר יופקדו במשרד החקלאות ופיתוח הכפר ויחולו עליהם הוראות סעיף 12(ב)(2) כאילו היו חפץ שנתפס.
