תיקון: תשס״ח
תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 15(ג) יובאו לאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת לא יאוחר מהמועדים המפורטים להלן:
(1)לעניין תוצרת מן הצומח – כ״ד באדר א׳ התשס״ח (1 במרס 2008);
(2)לעניין תוצרת מן החי – ה׳ באדר התשס״ט (1 במרס 2009).
