11ב. היטל על הטמנת פסולת
תיקון: תשס״ז
(א)מפעיל אתר לסילוק פסולת ישלם היטל הטמנה לפי הוראות פרק זה.
(ב)היו לאתר לסילוק פסולת שני מפעילים או יותר, חייבים הם בתשלום היטל הטמנה, יחד ולחוד.
