11ט. עיכוב תשלום ההיטל והחזרתו
תיקון: תשס״ז, תשע״א־4, תשפ״ד־2
(א)(בוטל).
(ב)אין בהגשת עתירה לבית משפט לעניינים מינהליים כדי לעכב תשלום היטל הטמנה, אלא אם כן הסכים לכך חשב המשרד או שהורה בית המשפט אחרת.
(ג)התקבלה עתירה לבית משפט לעניינים מינהליים, יוחזר היטל ההטמנה בהתאם לקביעת בית המשפט בתוספת ריבית שקלית מיום תשלומו עד יום החזרתו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ד)(בוטל).
