תיקון: תשנ״ז
על אף האמור בסעיף 225א(א) לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, ניתן להגיש כתב אישום, להמציא הזמנה, או להמציא הודעת תשלום קנס כאמור באותו סעיף, בשל עבירה לפי חוק זה שנקבעה כעבירת קנס, אם טרם חלפו שנתיים מיום ביצוע העבירה.
