14א. סמכויות בית משפט
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)הוגשו כתב אישום או קובלנה בשל עבירה לפי חוק זה, רשאי בית משפט ליתן צו עשה, צו אל תעשה וכל סעד אחר ככל שיראה לנכון בנסיבות שלפניו, לרבות לביצוע צו לפי סעיף 13ב, והכל כדי למנוע, להפסיק או לצמצם את לכלוך רשות הרבים.
(ב)על צווים שהוציא בית המשפט לפי סעיף קטן (א) יחולו הוראות סעיף 20כג(ב) עד (ח) לחוק המים, התשי״ט–1959, בשינויים המחויבים.
