תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)עיצום כספי ייגבה לקרן לשמירת הניקיון, ועל גבייתו יחול חוק המרכז לגביית קנסות, אגרות והוצאות, התשנ״ה–1995.
(ב)כספי העיצום הכספי שייגבו לקרן לשמירת הניקיון לפי הוראות סעיף זה ינוהלו בחשבון הנפרד לפי סעיף 11ג.
