תיקון: תשע״א־5
באוטובוס, ברכב ציבורי, ברכבת וברכב מסחרי בלתי אחוד בחלק הנפרד מתא הנהג, יקבע לעניין רכב – בעל הרכב או נהגו, ולעניין רכבת – בעל הרכבת; לעניין זה, ”רכבת“ – כהגדרתה בפקודת מסילות הברזל [נוסח חדש], התשל״ב–1972, בצורה גלוייה לעין, שלטים המורים על איסור השלכת פסולת מהרכב.
