7ה. ביטול או התליה של רישום במרשם
תיקון: תשפ״ו
הממונה רשאי, בהחלטה מנומקת ולאחר שנתן לעוסק בפסולת הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, לבטל את הרישום במרשם או להתלותו לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה, בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)הרישום במרשם נעשה על יסוד מידע כוזב או מטעה;
(2)חדל להתקיים בעוסק בפסולת אחד מהתנאים לרישום במרשם או שהוא חדל לעסוק בעיסוק נושא הרישום.
