7יג. שינוי תנאים ברישיון
תיקון: תשפ״ו
הממונה רשאי לשנות תנאים ברישיון, אם נוכח כי הדבר דרוש לשם עמידה בהוראות לפי חוק זה ולאחר שנתן לבעל הרישיון הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, או לבקשת בעל הרישיון, ובלבד שלעניין הוראות שקבע המנהל – לא ישונו ההוראות אלא בהסכמתו.
