תיקון: תשפ״ו
מוביל מורשה יוביל פסולת בניין –
(1)רק לאתר מורשה של בעל רישיון מפעיל שעימו התקשר יצרן פסולת הבניין, בהתאם להוראות סעיף 7לד;
(2)בכלי אצירה רשום, ואם כלי האצירה אינו טעון רישום לפי חוק זה – ובלבד שכלי האצירה מסומן באופן שהורה הממונה.
