9. סימון מכלים למשקה
לא ייצר אדם ולא ישווק יבואן מכלים למשקה, אלא אם כן מודפס או מוטבע עליהם או על תווית שעליהם, סימון נראה לעין בדבר איסור השלכת פסולת, הכל לפי קביעת שר התעשיה והמסחר, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות.
