12. מיתקן הפקה שבו מוחדרים מים
(א)במיתקן הפקה שאליו מוחדרים מים יעמדו המים המוחדרים בערכים לפי תקנה 4.
(ב)הוחדרו מים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא יסופקו מי שתייה ממיתקן ההפקה אלא לאחר קבלת אישור רשות הבריאות ובהתאם לתנאי האישור.
(ג)לעניין תקנה זו, ”החדרת מים“ – כהגדרתה בסעיף 44א לחוק המים.
