24. אישור תכניות
לא יקים אדם מערכת אספקת מים או מיתקן הפקה, אלא אם כן רשות הבריאות אישרה את התכנית של המערכת, או המיתקן כאמור, ולא יקימו ולא יפעילו אלא בהתאם לתכנית שאושרה; רשות הבריאות רשאית לאשר תכנית, לדחותה או לקבוע תנאים לאישורה.
