120. מתן ידיעות
נתמנה מנהל מיוחד לפי סעיף 117(א), יהיו המנהל הכללי וכל דירקטור של החברה, וכן כל אדם אחר המועסק אצל החברה, חייבים, לפי דרישת המנהל המיוחד או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, למסור לו או לשלוחיו את הידיעות, הפנקסים, המסמכים או כל מידע אחר שלדעת הדורש יש בהם כדי להבטיח או להקל את ביצוע תפקידיו של המנהל המיוחד.
