26א. רכישת שירותים מספק משותף

חברה לא תתקשר בעסקה לרכישת שירותים ממי שנותן שירותים לרשות המקומית שבתחומה היא מספקת שירותי מים וביוב, אלא אם כן השירותים הנרכשים הם שירותי מינהלה מסוגים שקבעה המועצה בכללים, וההתקשרות אינה מעמידה את נותן השירותים במצב של חשש לניגוד עניינים; כללים כאמור יכללו בין השאר תנאים להתקשרות והסדרים למניעת ניגוד עניינים.
