38. מניעת מפגע
התקנת מיתקנים של מערכות מים וביוב בידי חברה וכל שינוי בהם, לרבות סגירתם או הריסתם, ייעשו באופן שלא יהא בהם משום סכנה לבריאות הציבור, וככל האפשר באופן שלא יהא בהם משום מפגע לציבור או לסביבה.
