47. ערעור
(א)בעל המקרקעין הרואה את עצמו נפגע ממתן הרשאה לפי סימן זה, רשאי לערער על כך לבית משפט השלום שבתחום שיפוטו נמצאים המקרקעין, בתוך 21 ימים מהיום שנמסרה לו ההודעה על ההרשאה.
(ב)הגשת ערעור לבית המשפט אין בה, כשלעצמה, כדי לעכב את השימוש בסמכות לפי ההרשאה, ואולם בית המשפט רשאי להורות על עיכוב השימוש בסמכות.
