67. ועדות הדירקטוריון
(א)הדירקטוריון רשאי לאצול מסמכויותיו, למעט מהסמכויות המפורטות בסעיף 64, לועדה של שלושה לפחות מבין חבריו, ואשר בה לפחות דירקטור חיצוני אחד.
(ב)הדירקטוריון רשאי למנות ועדת השקעות ופיתוח שתפקידיה יהיו, בין השאר, לפקח על ביצוע תכניות ההשקעות והפיתוח של החברה, ולבדוק את מידת ההתאמה להוראות הממונה; לא מינה הדירקטוריון ועדה כאמור – יבצע הדירקטוריון תפקידים אלה.
