74. העברת אמצעי שליטה בתקופה הראשונה
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשס״ט
בתקופה הראשונה לא תועבר לאחר השליטה בחברה ולא יועברו לאחר אמצעי השליטה בחברה, בשיעור כלשהו, אלא באישור הממשלה לאחר שקיבלה חוות דעת מאת מועצת הרשות שניתנה בהתייעצות עם הממונה; ניתן אישור כאמור, יחולו הוראות פרק זה.
