12. תוצרת יער שהוכחה עליה זכות בעלות פרטית
כל מקום שהוכחה תביעה לבעלות על אדמת יער שהיתה נתונה להשגחתה ולהנהלתה של הממשלה כאזור מיוחד ליער, הרי כל הכנסה שנתקבלה מתוצרת היער של האדמה לפני שנקבעה הבעלות אין לגבותה חזרה מאת הממשלה.
