נוסף על כל קנס או תקופת מאסר שיוטלו עפ״י פקודה זאת, יכול בית המשפט לצוות להפקיע את תוצרת היער, המכשיר או את אמצעי ההובלה; ויכול הוא לצוות עוד להפקיע את הרשיון או את תעודת ההיתר מידי האדם החייב בדין שהחזיק בהם עפ״י פקודה זאת.
