22. דו״ח כתוב יקובל כחמר עדות
תיקון: [1928]
לכשיובא אדם במשפט עפ״י פקודה זאת יהא מותר לקבל כעדות כל דו״ח חתום ע״י פקיד יערות, חוץ אם רוצה הנאשם שהפקיד יופיע כעד במשפט או אם בית המשפט רואה צורך בהופעתו לפניו.
