24. סמכותו של בית משפט לצוות לשלם פרס
אם הוטל קנס על עברה עפ״י פקודה זאת, יוכל בית המשפט המטיל את הקנס לקצוב חלק הימנו, ולא יותר ממחציתו, בתורת פרס לאדם שעל יסוד הידיעות שמסר נתחייב העבריין בדין.
