6. צבירת עצי בערה מותרת
שום דבר האמור בסעיף 5 לא יאסור את צבירתם והעברתם של עצים ושיחים יבשים מאזורים מיוחדים ליער, פרט לאזורי יער סגורים, על מנת שאותם עצים ושיחים ישמשו כעצי בערה בלבד לתושבי כפרים שהסכינו לספק לעצמם צרכם זה מן היערות הסמוכים לכפרם, ובלבד שאותם תושבים לא יעבירו משם שרשים או גזעים ולא יכרתו עצים מחוברים לקרקע ולא יקצצו ענפים.
