119א1. העברת הדיון למוסד תכנון אחר
תיקון: תשע״ח, תשפ״ב־14
החל מוסד תכנון לדון בתכנית, ובטרם השלים את הדיון בה עברה הסמכות לגבי אותה תכנית לפי הוראות סעיפים 31א או 62א(א1)(1) או (3), (ג), (ד)(1א)(ג) או (ה1), למוסד תכנון אחר, יעביר מוסד התכנון את הדיון למוסד התכנון האחר, ואולם אם החליט מוסד התכנון על הפקדת התכנית לפני שעברה הסמכות למוסד התכנון האחר, תהיה נתונה לו הסמכות להמשיך ולדון בתכנית בכפוף להוראות לפי חוק זה.
