157ג. בקרת ביצוע על ידי מכון בקרה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2, תשע״ה־2, תשפ״ו
שר הפנים רשאי לקבוע חובת בקרת ביצוע על ידי מכון בקרה, לרבות חובת דיווח של מכון בקרה על ביצוע עבודות שלא בהתאם להיתר במועדים ובעניינים שיקבע; (החל מיום 1.1.2027): שינוי בתקנות שנקבעו לפי סעיף זה הפוטר סוגי בניינים, עבודות או שימושים מחובת בקרת ביצוע שנקבעה בתקנות כאמור, טעון אישור של ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת.
