158יט. רישום בקרים
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
(א)הרשמים כמשמעותם בחוק המהנדסים והאדריכלים ובחוק ההנדסאים והטכנאים ינהלו, בנפרד, פנקסי בקרים.
(ב)בקר הוא מי שמתקיימות בו ההוראות לפי סעיף 158כ, והוא רשום באחד מהפנקסים כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) בהתאם לכשירותו.
(ג)על בקר יחולו הוראות חוק המהנדסים והאדריכלים לעניין האתיקה ועונשין או הוראות פרק ז׳ לחוק ההנדסאים והטכנאים, בשינויים המחויבים, ולפי העניין.
