בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 158נג(א), נבצר ממורשה להיתר להמשיך למלא את תפקידו כמורשה להיתר לפי פרק זה, רשאי מבקש ההיתר לפנות למורשה להיתר אחר לשם המשך הטיפול בהליכים לפי פרק זה.
