176. פיצויים
מי שנפגע על ידי הוראה על פי סעיף 174 או על ידי הוראת שינוי כאמור בסעיף 175, יהיה זכאי לפיצויים מאוצר המדינה בהתאם להוראות פרק ט׳ בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין; לענין זה יראו הוראה שניתנה על פי הסעיפים האמורים כאילו נכללה בהוראות המנויות בסעיף 200.
