183. הפסקת החריגה בתום התקופה המרבית
תיקון: תשנ״ה־4
לא יאוחר מתום התקופה המרבית ייפסק השימוש החורג בבנין, או ישונה הבנין עד שלא יהיה עוד חורג או ייהרס או יסולק; לא נעשה כן, רשאי בית משפט השלום, לפי בקשת הועדה המקומית או היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגו, לצוות על המשתמש בבנין או על בעל זכות בו לבצע את הדבר, הכל לפי הענין וכפי שנראה לבית המשפט צודק בנסיבותיו.
