20א. מבקר הוועדה המקומית
תיקון: תש״ע־4, תשע״ה
(א)בוועדה מקומית לפי סעיף 18, מבקר הרשות המקומית יהיה מבקר הוועדה המקומית.
(ב)במרחב תכנון שסעיף 19 חל עליו, יהיה מבקר הוועדה המקומית מבקר הרשות המרחבית שמספר תושביה הוא הגדול ביותר.
(ג)על פעולתו של מבקר הוועדה המקומית לפי סעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב) יחולו הוראות החלות על מבקר עיריה לפי הוראות פקודת העיריות, בשינויים המחויבים, אלא אם כן קבע השר אחרת בעניין זה.
