224. בקשה למתן ארכה לביצוע צו הריסה מינהלי
תיקון: תשע״ז־9
(א)ניתן צו הריסה מינהלי, ובכלל זה ניתנה הוראה לעניין עבודה אסורה נוספת לפי סעיף 223, רשאית הרשות שמוסמכת לבצע את הצו לבקש מבית המשפט ארכה לביצוע הצו או ההוראה.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי לתת ארכה לביצוע הצו או ההוראה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), מנימוקים שיירשמו, ובלבד שסך כל תקופות הארכה לא יעלה על שישה חודשים.
