232. אצילת סמכות מנהל היחידה הארצית לאכיפה
תיקון: תשע״ז־9
(א)מנהל היחידה הארצית לאכיפה רשאי לאצול למשנה למנהל היחידה או למפקח מיוחד את הסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי סימן זה, ואולם הסמכות הנוגעת לצו מינהלי להפסקת שימוש לפי סעיף 219 ולצו לסגירת בניין או מקום לפי סעיף 220 לא תואצל אלא למשנה למנהל היחידה.
(ב)אצילת סמכות לפי סעיף קטן (א) למפקח מיוחד טעונה את אישורו של היועץ המשפטי ליחידה הארצית לאכיפה.
