252. הפעלת מכון בקרה בלא רישיון או בניגוד לתנאיו
תיקון: תשע״ז־9
מי שעשה פעולה הטעונה רישוי לפי פרק ה׳3 בלא רישיון, בניגוד להוראות סעיף 158יד(א), או בעל רישיון לפי הפרק האמור שהפר תנאי מהתנאים למתן רישיון או תנאי מתנאי הרישיון, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין, ואם היתה העבירה עבירה נמשכת – קנס נוסף כאמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק העונשין לכל יום שבו נמשכה העבירה לאחר המועד שבו הומצאה לו התראה בכתב על ביצוע אותה עבירה.
