254א. תשלום קנסות
תיקון: תשע״ז־9
קנס שהוטל בפסק דין לפי פרק זה ישולם כמפורט להלן, אלא אם כן הורה בית המשפט אחרת מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו:
(1)לוועדה המקומית – אם כתב האישום הוגש על ידי תובע מטעמה;
(2)לרשות המקומית המוסמכת לאכיפה – אם כתב האישום הוגש על ידי תובע מטעמה;
(3)לאוצר המדינה – אם כתב האישום הוגש על ידי תובע אחר מהתובעים המנויים בפסקאות (1) ו־(2).
