254ו. תשלום הוצאות ביצוע צו
תיקון: תשע״ז־9
(א)בוצע צו בידי הרשות האוכפת כאמור בסעיף 254ג(ב), ישלם המורשע את הוצאות הביצוע לקופת הרשות האוכפת.
(ב)שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, יקבע, בצו, את סכום ההוצאות לביצוע צווים המוטלים על מורשע, ורשאי הוא לקבוע סכומים שונים בהתחשב, בין השאר, במיקום המקרקעין שאליהם מתייחס הצו, בהיקף העבודה האסורה או השימוש האסור שלגביהם חל הצו ובמורכבות ביצוע הצו.
