255יט. היתר למימוש תכנית שאושרה
תיקון: תשע״ז־7
אושרה תכנית שהגיש גורם מפעיל למוסד התכנון המוסמך לאשרה, ונדרשה הוצאת היתר מכוחה, רשאי הגורם המפעיל להגיש את הבקשה להיתר, לרבות בקשה למתן הקלה או היתר לשימוש חורג, לרשות הרישוי כאמור בסעיף 255כג(א), ולעניין תכנית כאמור שהיא תכנית לתשתית לאומית – גם לרשות הרישוי כאמור בסעיף 255כג(ב), לפי בחירתו.
