262. ביטול ושינוי תחומי מרחב תכנון ומחוז
ביטול של מחוז או של מרחב תכנון מקומי ושינוי גבולותיהם לא יפגעו בתקפן של תכניות ושל תקנות אחרות שהותקנו לאותו מחוז או מרחב תכנון או לחלק ממנו, והן ישארו בתקפן באותו תחום שבו חלו לפני כן, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, עד שיבוטלו או ישונו על ידי תכניות או תקנות אחרות, מכוח חוק זה.
